Welcome to the St. Marys Volunteer Fire Department
Website!
The St. Marys Volunteers has a long history of protecting this great City. They have given of their time and efforts in order to protect the Community. Today is no different. People are needed to help combat fire and prevent fires from occurring.
Are you interested in volunteering for the SMVFD? Volunteering can be an exciting, rewarding, and enjoyable experience. If you are interested you can fill out our online application or apply in person at Station 2 (201 N. Dandy St.)
Volunteer training is held every Tuesday from 6:30pm-9:00pm on the training grounds across from Station 2 (201 N. Dandy St.). Spectators are welcome to come and watch the firefighters train!
Please help support our St. Marys Volunteer Fire Department by visiting our advertising links on the bottom right of our pages. All profits from our Store will also go to the SMVFD.
No matter how big and powerful government gets, and the many services it provides, it can never take the place of volunteers.
